Mama Baby Yoga

This 4 week series is a great way to reintegrate into the postpartum body, and find a strong community connection with other Mamas. Designed for Moms with pre-crawling infants.

Join at any time, at any stage of pregnancy. Classes will run through September, taking a pause in October as I am expecting my own bundle of joy!

To purchase a pack, do not sign up for multiple dates or it will charge you multiple times. I will keep track of class cards separately once a pack is purchased.
