Join me for Heated flow , This 60-minute class is heated between 80-85 degrees, slow vinyasa with a Hatha-inspired flow class is created to build your yoga foundation with intentional and creative sequencing. We'll focus on breath, building heat and alignment while we work towards a peak pose or peak flow.
